As of January 2018, Section 8 HCV waiting list (HUD housing) is currently closed; they are not accepting any applications. If/when the waiting list re-opens, there will be a notice in their office window, on their website http://www.douglasaz.gov/237/Housing as well as the digital sign in front of City Hall. A notice will also be published in the local newspaper (Douglas Dispatch). There are other low income apartments in Douglas that can you contact directly for their availability. Ask the office staff for information about these apartments.
